Applicable Taxes

GST and HST will be charged on this item where applicable in Canada. (GST # 860577576RT0001)  The tax will be calculated automatically for Canadian customers at the check out.  If you are in Canada, you are required to pay GST or HST on applicable items.

Buyers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or tariffs that might apply.  Packages many times are not subject to any cross-border fees, although we cannot guarantee this.  Please do not contact us to find out what the possible fees might be for your country; We do not have that information, but can provide you with country of origin upon request.

Currencies

Our website supports the following currencies: Canadian dollar (CAD), US dollar (USD), Great Britain Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR), Australia dollar (AUD) and Japanese Yen (JPY).  In order to see our items in the currency of your choice, go to the currency tab in the right sidebar and choose one of the above.  Please note, all currencies may not be available in all payment methods.  Payments by PayPal and International money order are the only payment method for USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY at this time.  Please contact us with any questions.

Ordering

Items are only available to order if they are in stock.  If an item is not in stock, there will be an estimated date of arrival for that item.  If you want an item that is not in stock or is a new seasonal item that will be arriving soon, please send us an email so we can reserve that item for you.  We will then notify you when it has arrived.

Pricing and Price changes

Please note, prices on products and shipping are subject to change without notice, however we will try to give you notice when possible. 

In addition, shipping via Canada Post always increases on the 1^st day of February every year.  Rates will be adjusted by the shipping calculator automatically.  We will try to adjust our estimated shipping rates in our policies as soon as we receive them or as soon after Feb 1^st as possible.

Payment Information

Payment by PayPal is preferred including major credit cards through PayPal at this time.  We do not accept cash via mail, internet debit transfers or credit cards at this time (other than through Pay Pal).  Please note, if you are paying by eCheck through PayPal it will take at least 4 business days for the payment to clear in the US and up to 10 business days in Canada. PayPal payments go to Celestial Trading Group our parent company, but all invoices will be from All Things Good and Beautiful.

  If you would like to pay by cheque in Canada, please contact us first.  Items will not be shipped until cheques and money orders have arrived and cleared. We are working on adding direct credit card processing (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) for Canada and the United States.  We will post the logos and make changes to this policy as soon as it is available.

Money orders will be accepted; however, if they are from countries other than Canada, they must be international money orders.

C.O.D. orders will be accepted only in Calgary and area covered by our courier service.  There will be a $5 charge for this service over and above the cost of shipping which will be added to your order when you choose this option.

Shipping Information

Shipping Charges

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on an item unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs vary by province, state and country.  Rather than charging high, flat shipping rates, we will charge shipping and handling based on your postal code or zip code and the size of the package. Larger items may have additional shipping charges which will be included in the item description.  Each shipping method has a charge associated with it and will be calculated during checkout.

Currently most shipping is through the postal system via Canada Post. Any item shipped by regular mail has no insurance or tracking included. Shipping by Small Packet mail has insurance but no tracking. Shipping by Expedited Parcel had insurance and tracking included.  You are free to choose whichever mode of shipping you would like, but must be aware of the above information in regard to insurance.  If you are anywhere other than Canada or the continental US, shipping by Small Packet Air is highly recommended to cut down on shipping time.  (See shipping time section below.) 

If you have a shipper you regularly use, you can also arrange to have your item picked up by that company.  Please check with your shipper to see if this is possible especially if you are in the United States or any country other than Canada.

Shipping in Calgary is by Canada Post regular mail, Expedited parcel or local courier.  Our shipping calculator will calculate the rate through Canada Post.  Shipping by local courier is $10 with additional charges for oversized or heavy items which will be listed in the item description.

Combined Shipping

We will combine shipping charges on multiple items.  This will be calculated by the shopping cart and can be combined into a flat rate shipping on small parcels.

Please note, if you are buying quite a few items, please email us to get your shipping rate.  We can generally give you a better rate, because of how we package your order.

Order Handling Time

We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment during the week and within 48 hours on the weekend. We send you a shipping notification email once it is shipped with any tracking information if applicable. If you don't receive one within 36 hours of payment, please feel free to contact us and we can resend one. Or check your bulk or spam mail folders because many shipping notifications end up there. 

Please note, shipping by local courier is only available Monday to Friday not including holidays, therefore orders received on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.  If it is a holiday long weekend, the order will be sent out the next regular business day. 

Orders can be shipped on a rush basis.  For Canada post you are free to choose whatever method and cost that suits you time limit and budget.  For local courier delivery, items can be shipped in less than 24 hours, however please contact us by phone to confirm this.  Additional charges may apply.

 Canada

It generally takes 3 - 10 business days to ship anywhere in Canada via Expedited Parcel. 

United States

It takes approximately 7- 21 business days to the continental US via Canada Post and the U.S. Postal System.  If you live in the eastern half of the United States it will likely take 10-14 business days by ground; if your item is shipped by air is will take about 3 - 7 days.  

If possible it is recommended to choose shipping by air to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO's and other US territories to reduce shipping time.  Many are affected by international shipping durations.

International Shipping

If you are outside of North America, shipping via surface can take 30 - 60 business days or longer.  Where possible it is highly recommended to ship by air to reduce that time to 7 to 21 business days.

Please Note

Shipping time in business days does not include weekends or holidays even if your postal system delivers on the weekend.

All shipping times are estimated only and delivery time can vary. We have no control over your package once it leaves our hands. If your package hasn't arrived within that time frame suggested, please contact us and we will check into it for you. Customer service is extremely important to us so please contact us to address any shipping concerns.

Damages, Returns and Exchanges

All items are shipped in excellent condition and great care is taken with the packaging. If you receive your shipment and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email. You have 14 days maximum from receipt of the item to make a claim. We require that the damaged item either be returned via mail or digital photos of the damaged item be sent by email. Only items with insurance will be considered for replacement or refund.

 Returns for refund are not accepted on sale items. Exchanges are acceptable but you are responsible for return shipping and cost of shipping new item. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
